Palm Beach State College Loxahatchee Grove

Palm Beach State College is committed to sustainable planning design and construction. The new campus will be designed under the new 2012 International Green Construction Code.

NSU Center for Collaborative Research

This 6 story 216,522 sqft building is located at the main campus of NSU in Davie, FL. The CCR will house an IBM supercomputer, one of Florida’s largest wet labs, the NSU Technology Incubator and much more. The project is pursuing a LEED Silver Certification and was built using Business Information Modeling (BIM) Practices.

FIU Parkview Housing

Description: FIU Parkview housing can hold up to 596 residents and 15 resident assistants. Every unit comes equipped with a full kitchen and there is a laundry room on the 2nd floor. The student housing offers shared bathrooms inside each of the units.

FAU Innovation Village

Description: FAU Innovation Village is a student housing community on FAU’s main campus. The project consists of 1,216 beds for upper-division graduates. The towers are 7 stories tall totaling up to 48,900 square feet with 375 units.

Description: This five story project encompasses 115,000 square feet of space. It houses state-of-the-art interactive skills laboratories, extensive computer suites, specialized training, evaluation and study areas, and ample lecture classrooms. The facility serves all departments of the CNHS: Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Communication Sciences & Disorders, Athletic Training, Health Sciences, and Health Information Management.

Mirror Lake Elementary

Description: This K-12 project consisted of the modernization of the existing school infrastructure.  The work included the construction of a new kitchen / cafeteria / multipurpose building and upgrades to the existing chiller plant.

Florida International University Stempel Complex

Description: The Stempel Complex will facilitate both academic and research programs for Florida International University. The research will focus on the effects of extreme natural events on people, society and economics. Researchers and students will focus on natural disasters such as hurricanes, tsunamis, earthquakes and tornadoes. The facility will provide research laboratories and classrooms.

NSU – Rolling Hills Dormitory

Description: The Rolling Hills Graduate Apartments, which opened in August 2008, is approximately 1 mile west of the NSU main campus and will house approximately 373 graduate and doctoral students for. Each single and quad room is fully furnished and features a kitchen, bathroom, and living room.

Description: This project is a two story, 55,000 SqFt performing arts center located on NSU’s main campus. The project included a seven hundred fifty seat theater, state-of-the-art lighting and sound system, stage and rigging equipment, dance studios, recording studios, production studios and prop rooms.
