Baptist Health of Platantation is a 4-story, 114,000 sq.ft. medical office building located in Plantation, FL. This project consists of an Urgent Care Center, Diagnostic Center, Radiation Oncology Center, Ambulatory Surgical Center, Miami Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Institute, Physical Therapy, Primary Care Center, Medical Oncology / Infusion, and additional shell space for future expansion. In addition, the medical office building will be accompanied by a 422 space 4-story parking garage.

The Woodlands at John Knox Village

The Woodlands at John Knox Village will be the first skilled nursing center in Florida to adopt The Green House model of care. The Woodlands will feature a total of seven floors and 144 private rooms. Six of the floors are residential living. The ground floor has a multi-purpose room, dining bistro and rehabilitation center. Each residential floor will have two Green House homes. Each home has 12 private bedrooms and bathrooms surrounding an open living room (hearth), kitchen and dining area.

Description: This five story project encompasses 115,000 square feet of space. It houses state-of-the-art interactive skills laboratories, extensive computer suites, specialized training, evaluation and study areas, and ample lecture classrooms. The facility serves all departments of the CNHS: Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Communication Sciences & Disorders, Athletic Training, Health Sciences, and Health Information Management.

Florida International University Stempel Complex

Description: The Stempel Complex will facilitate both academic and research programs for Florida International University. The research will focus on the effects of extreme natural events on people, society and economics. Researchers and students will focus on natural disasters such as hurricanes, tsunamis, earthquakes and tornadoes. The facility will provide research laboratories and classrooms.
