The Woodlands at John Knox Village

The Woodlands at John Knox Village will be the first skilled nursing center in Florida to adopt The Green House model of care. The Woodlands will feature a total of seven floors and 144 private rooms. Six of the floors are residential living. The ground floor has a multi-purpose room, dining bistro and rehabilitation center. Each residential floor will have two Green House homes. Each home has 12 private bedrooms and bathrooms surrounding an open living room (hearth), kitchen and dining area.

New River Village III

FIU Parkview Housing

Description: FIU Parkview housing can hold up to 596 residents and 15 resident assistants. Every unit comes equipped with a full kitchen and there is a laundry room on the 2nd floor. The student housing offers shared bathrooms inside each of the units.

FAU Innovation Village

Description: FAU Innovation Village is a student housing community on FAU’s main campus. The project consists of 1,216 beds for upper-division graduates. The towers are 7 stories tall totaling up to 489,000 square feet.

Port Condominium

Description: This condominium and marina was built in 2005, The Port Condo has a total of 129 units located across 16 Floors.  The project also included the construction of a 40,000 SF single story condominium boat house, with approx 100 slips, automated crane and remote access.

NSU – Rolling Hills Dormitory

Description: The Rolling Hills Graduate Apartments, which opened in August 2008, is approximately 1 mile west of the NSU main campus and will house approximately 373 graduate and doctoral students for. Each single and quad room is fully furnished and features a kitchen, bathroom, and living room.

Eclipse Condominium

Description: This project consisted of a 12-story, 102,000 sf HUD funded apartment building with 101  two- and three-bedroom units, lobby and common areas, The project also included associated site work, utility tie-ins, sidewalks, right-of-way improvements, landscaping and parking for 101 cars. Developer EDI and the Reliance Housing Foundation partnered in the first and only affordable rental high-rise in downtown Ft. Lauderdale located blocks from Las Olas Boulevard.
